Housing: Quard L body is made of die cast aluminium. Base is made of galvanized die cast MS. Rubber gaskets are provided at appropriate location for dust and water protection.
Optical: Reflector is made of chemically polished and electrochemically anodized aluminium. High efficient optical system with proper mechanism of glare control. The optical system has been carefully engineered to provide high illumination and enhanced security.
Electrical: Fitting is wired with control gear suitable for LED engine of 40-60W. LED CRI>80, life time 50000hrs.
Finishing: Complete fitting is pure polyester based powder coated with high corrosion resistant and chemically chromotised protection. Also available with multiple coats of weather resistant polyurethane paint in various color.
